Daimay Headliner Inspection CAD and Simulation (Proposal)

This cell is intended to inspect the perfection of corners and edges of headliners for Ford and Chrysler.

 

A Fanuc robot is mounted onto a Gantry robot to realize a large-range and high-efficiency inspection. A Keyence LJ-V profiler serves to collect image data by which the quality is rated.

 

I generated the conceptual design and layout in SolidWorks, and simulated the sequence flow in Fanuc ROBOGUIDE. To test the feasibility, I also completed the primary PLC program in Allen-Bradley.
