CeramTec Painting Cell
A robot-centered manufacturing cell intended for painting on ceramic nuts.
The operator puts the stacked pallet filled with 40 nuts into the cell. Robot will pick the nut one by one to complete the required painting steps.
I designed and built the cell, from primary concept generation, cell design, mechanical fixture design to component purchasing. All the models are generated in SolidWorks, and CNC fabrication is involved for those customized components.
